Aboitiz Geothermal Powerplant

20,000 hectares of ancestral domain of Aeta Magandi and Aeta Zambal, passing between Mt. Negron in Nabuclod, Pampanga to Mt. Cuadrado in San Marcelino, Zambales will rise AbotizPower’s Geothermal Powerplant. Adjacent to it are ecotourism projects in Mt. Pinatubo, and Mt. Tapulao. But this is an ecotourism that will not benefit local communities. Hinterlands will be populated by hotels, and condominium units as they set Mt. Tapulao, as the next Tagaytay or Baguio, in Central Luzon.
